The Ferndale Community Service Cooperative is a nonprofit organization that provides a structure for community groups to work together, coordinate efforts and share resources.  Together we can strengthen Ferndale families and build community.

COVID-19 Impacts

We understand that things are rapidly changing due to the outbreak of COVID-19. We want all of our community members to stay safe during this time. Here are some updates about the Resource Center in light of this ongoing issue:

  • From this point on, we will be open for remote services. That means, on designated days we will have a volunteer available onsite to take your phone calls to get you connected to resources. The lobby and clothing bank will remain closed to the public, but check below and on our Facebook page for open days when we can take your calls.
  • We will update this website and our Facebook page weekly with information about hours and days open.
  • Please feel free to reach out via email or Facebook Messenger and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Also, if you are housebound due to COVID-19 and need assistance please fill out THIS FORM and we will try to connect you to a volunteer who can help you get food and supplies.
  • If you would like to volunteer to help a neighbor in need, please complete THIS FORM and we will be in touch.
  • Please visit our COVID-19 Resources page for up to date information and links to community resources.

The Resource Center closed to the public but open for remote services. See below for specifics:

Tuesday, March 31st: Other bank will be open 9:30-12:30, Resource Center volunteer will be available for phone assistance.

Saturday, April 4th: Resource Center will be open 10-2 for phone assistance.
